How does Specialty Books deal with backorders?
  • If a book you ordered was not in stock at the time of your order, it appears as a "backorder" on your invoice. If you do not receive your backordered books within ten working days of your first shipment, or if you do not hear from us in that time period, please call us at (800) 466-1365 immediately for the updated status of your order.
  • If some of the books are on a backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and then ship the rest as it comes in.
