What is Specialty Books' textbook availabiltiy policy?

We at Specialty Books attempt to process your order as quickly and
efficiently as possible. If your book is in stock it ships within 24 hours
of the receipt of your order. While we carry thousands of titles in our
facility, you are selecting from a database of over 500,000 titles!
Consequently, we may have to order your book from a publisher or a
wholesaler. Our promise is to keep you informed about the progress of your
order and follow the guidelines listed below whenever possible. Please keep
in mind, at times we are also at the mercy of a third party, and if it takes
them two weeks to send us your book, this will obviously delay the delivery
of your order. We will do our part to keep you informed, and you can decide
if the book will reach you in a timely fashion.
Regarding used textbooks, Specialty Books makes every attempt to offer as many
used book titles as possible. Due to the rapid changes in the used book inventory
levels with our vendors, Specialty Books cannot guarantee quantity, or availability
of used titles. Every attempt will be made to stock used text books for our student
customers, but there will be situations where new text books are the only available option.
With Specialty Books, you can buy in confidence. Specialty Books is committed
to providing our customers with the exact course materials they need for their classes.
That means when you buy from Specialty Books, you'll never have to worry about getting the wrong
edition, missing a course packet or study guide, or wondering if your books will get to you
