Return Policy at Specialty Books

If you are dissatisfied with your book for any reason we will give you a 100% refund, of the book price, providing it is in its original condition. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Books must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Due to the sheer volume of titles on our database occasionally the odd title may be inaccurately priced. When your order is received, our staff scrutinize your order to determine:
  • If the price of the book is lower than the stated price, we honor the lower amount.

  • Alternatively if the price of the book is higher than stated we will contact you immediately for a decision.

Remember, your credit card is not charged until we ship your order. If you paid by check, full or partial refunds will be reimbursed by check without delay.
