Returns

Unless your school or program information indicates otherwise, all new or
used textbooks may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14)
calendar days of your receipt of the shipment or within 14 calendar days of
the start of classes. Books must be unused and undamaged in order to receive
a refund. Software can only be returned if the item is unopened or
defective. When making a return, please include a copy of the original
invoice.
If we have shipped you the wrong book, please contact us immediately at
800-466-1365. We will ship the correct book to you immediately, and provide
you with a pre-paid return label to return the original book to us.
