Can I pay with a personal check?
Yes we do accept personal checks. Below is our check policy:
  • We do not accept starter checks, they will be mailed back to you.
  • The name and address should be imprinted by a check manufacturer.
  • The check must have a physical address.
  • If a post office box the student must write their physical address in and put their initials beside it.
  • The signature should correspond with the name imprinted on the check.
  • The phone number should be imprinted on the check or written on the check with area code.
  • All checks must be drawn on U.S., Canadian, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands banks.
  • The check must be payable to Specialty Books.
  • Figures must agree.
  • Any alterations to the check must be made and initialed by the check writer.
  • The $200.00 check limit has been removed.
