What is going on? I only received part of my order!
  • If a book you ordered was not in stock at the time of your order, it appears as a "backorder" on your invoice. If you do not receive your backordered books within ten working days of your first shipment, or if you do not hear from us in that time period, please call us.
  • If part of your order was backordered, we probably sent the books we did have on hand so your entire order would not be delayed. If you have any questions about your order, please call us at (800) 466-1365 and press 2 at the prompt for customer service.
