Specialty Books, Inc. Customer Service Chat
The Specialty Books, Inc. customer service chat is provided to answer questions you may have about your existing order, a new order, or any general inquiries. This service is at no cost to the student. When a session is initiated, you will be placed in a queue for a customer service representative to assist you. After your chat session has ended, you will have the option to receive a copy of your chat via email. You may also end the chat session at any time, by clicking the 'end' button in the chat window.
